The Role

The sales team at Clearview Intelligence is growing to meet the demand for the next generation of its hugely successful award-winning Traffic Data Management products. We are now looking for a talented Client Relationship Manager (England & Wales) to develop strong client relationships which ensure that Clearview Intelligence are seen as a long-term trusted partner within the ITS sector. You will have ownership of a growing client base and become the face of Clearview towards this evolving market.

  • Identify, grow & close deals with new and existing clients in England & Wales
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with all clients and partners
  • Work alongside Business Development and liaise with cross-functional internal team
  • Record all activities in the CRM and use the CRM as your primary working tool
  • Grow, manage & own your pipeline in accordance with company growth strategy & targets
  • Meet and where possible exceed agreed annual targets
  • Attend and present at industry events
  • Compile demos, pitches, bids, and proposals
  • Continual development of knowledge within the Urban & Rural market (Tech, clients, competition & policies)

About you

You are a strong networker and accomplished relationship builder who can evidence a successful track record of growing long lasting, successful client relationships.

You are as effective at seeking out sales opportunities with new clients as you are at solving problems and understanding client’s challenges to support growth with existing accounts. You will know how to speak a client’s language, live and breathe their issues and priorities whilst being able to guide and support them with proactive solutions and advice.

You are dynamic, customer-focused, personable and eager to be part of a dynamic, friendly and welcoming team. You are a consummate networker with top-drawer people skills. You are an excellent communicator and presenter. You understand the competitive landscape, as well as the complexities of local authority and government.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Accustomed to working through a CRM
  • Great presentation skills to audiences of all sizes and levels

Circumstances of the Job

This is a full-time role with a competitive basic salary. In addition, the company offers a contributory pension scheme (after qualifying period) and 25 days annual leave (+8 days bank holiday).

The post holder will be home based and required to travel extensively throughout the UK.
