Clearview strives to ensure safety is a top priority and that all employees return home safely every day. We operate a robust integrated management system which includes quality, health and safety and the environment. As well as ensuring day-to-day health and safety compliance both in the office and onsite, it is responsible for ensuring the company adhere to accredited standards and comply with audits.
As a responsible organisation working in often hazardous environments, Clearview Intelligence considers health & safety to be of critical importance. We are committed to ensuring that our employees have a safe and healthy environment in which to work and ensure compliance to BS OHSAS 18001:2007. We hold regular periodic internal review meetings with representatives from each department within the business to ensure adherence with policies, processes and procedures, as well as to discuss any issues and agree action plans for resolution.
With all field based employees, we ensure that they are well trained, experienced and competent when working on the highway and have a process of continual performance improvement to ensure that our organisation is at the forefront of health, safety and environmental practice.

To put it simply, this is about doing business in the right way. Being transparent, open and honest with our customers and our partners.
We believe this is also underpinned by operating a robust Integrated Management System (IMS) covering all aspects of the Group’s business activities, which is independently audited to ISO9001:2015 by BM Trada.
The Group is accredited to the following standards ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OHSAS18001:2007. However, we will be migrating to the new ISO45001:2018 by summer 2020.

Minimising our impact on the planet is a key aim for the company. To this end, we continue to focus on developing green, sustainable products that are either very low powered or preferably are powered by harvesting energy from renewable resources such as solar energy. We work closely with our suppliers and sub-contractors to encourage them to adopt similar commitments and ideas and to provide quality, safe and environmentally friendly products and services to enable us to fulfil our commitments.
We are constantly reviewing working practices to seek new opportunities that help us to further reduce our carbon footprint, whether it be related to office waste, reducing unnecessary travel and using other technologies to help us maintain the level of service our customers have come to expect.
In order to ensure that products are disposed of as safely and efficiently as possible, and to ensure compliance with the latest Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Legislation, Clearview Intelligence is a member of a WEEE compliance scheme. This European directive transfers the responsibility (and the cost) of dealing with Electrical and Electronic Equipment at the end of its life.
If one of our products is marked with the crossed out wheelie bin symbol, and should you require to dispose of the product as safely as possible please contact us on 01869 362800 and we will arrange the free collection and disposal of the unit.
Clearview Intelligence is committed to uphold our responsibilities for the environment and we thank you in advance for your assistance in the recovery, recycling and reuse of the products that we supply.
