We are proud of how we are committed to ensuring all our staff’s health and wellbeing is a priority at Clearview Intelligence, because we care about everyone. Here at Clearview, there is an embedded culture for staff to speak freely about all health and wellbeing topics from musculoskeletal disorders to mental health.
Whilst Clearview are discussing and managing health amongst its staff, we also understand that it is especially important to ensure health issues are prevented in the first place. Clearview Intelligence have created a desktop health and wellbeing calendar. A different health topic is campaigned each month, including mental health, national work life balance month, national fitness day and ‘know your numbers’ (blood pressure awareness). A poster is created to promote awareness about each health topic, and we celebrate and campaign some health topics further, including National Walking Month, where we arrange a ‘Steps to Health’ competition to promote walking for exercise, and World Mental Health Day, where we arrange an awareness day full of awareness presentations, speakers, games and quizzes.
Clearview Intelligence proudly display our mental health pledge board in our head office which is signed by all employees.
Health and wellbeing is a huge part of the growing culture here at Clearview Intelligence, and we are excited and proud to be able to showcase our hard work and dedication to keeping our employees healthy.
Clearview are the first employer in the Milton Keynes City and Beford area to have achieved Healthy Workplace Status through the council’s health and wellbeing initiative. Clearview Intelligence have achieved bronze status in all eight offered standards, including health and safety, healthy eating, inclusive employment, leadership, mental health, smoking and tobacco related products and alcohol and drugs.
Clearview Intelligence recognise the value and importance of giving back to our local community, and endeavor to do this with the support of our staff. Each year, our staff vote on a chosen charity they would like to support in our local communities of Milton Keynes and Glasgow. All staff members are proudly provided with two paid volunteering days per year.
In 2023, the Clearview Intelligence staff have chosen to support the following charities:
Milton Keynes – Harrys’ Rainbow
Harry’s Rainbow are dedicated to supporting children and young people in the Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, who have been bereaved of a part or sibling. As well as providing information and guidance, the charity provides various bereavement support services including regular support groups, activities and trips and individual tailored support.
Milton Keynes – MK Dons SET Friends of the Trust
Clearview Intelligence have been bronze sponsors of the MK Dons SET for a number of years. The Milton Keynes Dons Sports and Education Trust delivers programmes and impactful opportunities to bring people together through sport, education and community engagement.
Glasgow – River Garden Auchincruive
At River Garden Auchincruive, they help people to leave behind their drug and alcohol addiction through a model of recovery that is refreshingly different. Not only are residents given much needed time to reflect on their lives and to grow and flourish, but they are given the means to do so through the communal support of their peers and their participation in on-site social enterprises.

Clearview Intelligence also recognise that it is important to support road safety charities, and have therefore partnered with RoadPeace. Clearview Intelligence are bronze members with the charity, who provide information and support services to people bereaved or seriously injured in road crashes. They also engage in evidence-based policy and campaign work to fight for justice for victims and reduce road danger.
Alongside this, Clearview have teamed up with IAMRoadSmart and have offered 5 members of the community a tailored paid-for Advanced Driver Training day.
