Insight parking is a scalable, hosted service that underpins a range of applications for parking optimisation.

Insight Parking has been designed to handle different operational roles across a multitude of locations, access to key functions and visibility of assets is controlled through a powerful permissions and roles module.

Real-time dashboards update instantly on receipt of data from sensors and signs ensuring the information presented is up-to-date and enabling informed decisions to be made. A modular approach allows operators to scale the solution as required by adding to the core occupancy and reporting tools. Additional modules are available for monitoring individual parking space availability and usage patterns from bay sensors and controlling the output of visual guidance information on Variable Messaging Signs (VMS).

The M300 Bay Occupancy system has been designed to accurately detect the presence of a vehicle in a defined zone such as a parking space. The M300 is suitable for a wide range of applications, such as car park bay monitoring, dynamic parking payment schemes, lorry parking applications, through to monitoring of emergency refuge areas, taxi ranks and ‘No Parking’ zones. With sensor options that can be used for both on- and off-street parking applications in surface and multi-storey car parks, the M300 wireless parking sensors offer immense versatility and can be used in almost any parking environment.

When linked to the Insight software platform, the wireless parking sensors can provide valuable real-time and historical intelligence about a car park’s use and enable operators to manage capacity to minimise user frustration. Live space availability information can also be fed from Insight directly onto tailored Variable Message Signs. As a solution, combining the M300 system with Insight and VMS signs provides users with real-time guidance information to get them into a space efficiently and effectively whilst also optimising the use of car park capacity.

Connex Traffic is the latest generation of automatic traffic counter designed to provide a high degree of flexibility and accuracy.

Based on Clearview’s Connex Modular Hardware platform, Connex Traffic offers both inductive loop and wireless sensor options for real-time count and classification, enabling deployment in a variety of environments and applications.

Designed from the ground up, for ease of integration utilising open industry standard data formats and communication protocols, the base system provides 16 inductive loops and two internal module slots for different combinations of communications or sensors. Connex Traffic incorporates machine learning technology to provide a higher degree of classification when using inductive loops for data collection.

Communication options include support for the latest low power LTE-M and NB-IoT technologies alongside 2/4G, PoE and RS232/485.

Connex Traffic provides additional functionality to enable the intelligent control of external devices such as Variable Message Signs (VMS) via the General Purpose I/O port and Programmable Logic Controller. This combination of external control and logic enables Connex Traffic to form the backbone of innovative solutions to monitor and inform of potential hazards such as queuing vehicles, turning vehicles and tailgating.
