Observations, news and opinion on all aspects of the industry, straight from the keyboards of us here at Clearview Intelligence.
Here at Clearview, there is an embedded culture for staff to speak freely about all health and wellbeing topics from musculoskeletal disorders to mental health.
Whilst Clearview are discussing and managing health amongst its staff, we also understand that it is especially important to ensure health issues are prevented in the first place. Clearview Intelligence have created a desktop health and wellbeing calendar. A different health topic is campaigned each month, including mental health, national work life balance month, national fitness day and ‘know your numbers’ (blood pressure awareness).
A poster is created to promote awareness about each health topic, and we celebrate and campaign some health topics further, including National Walking Month, where we arrange a ‘Steps to Health’ competition to promote walking for exercise, and World Mental Health Day, where we arrange an awareness day full of awareness presentations, speakers, games and quizzes.
Clearview Intelligence proudly display our mental health pledge board in our head office which is signed by all employees.

Health and wellbeing is a huge part of the growing culture here at Clearview Intelligence, and we are excited and proud to be able to showcase our hard work and dedication to keeping our employees healthy.
Clearview Intelligence recognise the value and importance of giving back to our local community, and endeavor to do this with the support of our staff. Each year, our staff vote on a chosen charity they would like to support in our local communities of Milton Keynes and Glasgow. All staff members are proudly provided with two paid volunteering days per year.
In 2025, the Clearview Intelligence staff have chosen to support the following charities:
Milton Keynes – Als Pals
Al’s Pals is a service offered to all cancer patients. Al’s Pals is named after Alan Dumbell, who received cancer treatment at Milton Keynes University Hospital.
Alan noticed that throughout his treatment, although he was surrounded by his loving family, he still felt very lonely and lost at times, and he often discussed having a ‘buddy’ to support and help him where he felt things were missing. It is his legacy to have a cancer buddy scheme like this and with the passion of his daughter , Al’s Pals was born.
Glasgow – Friends of Willowbank
Friends of Willowbank supports Willowbank School in Kilmarnock, which provides vital assistance to children and young people with special needs and learning difficulties in East Ayrshire. This cause holds special significance for Alan Vass and his family, as his daughter Aimee began attending the school this summer. Alan and wife Lynn have been truly moved by the outstanding work, encouragement, and support they’ve witnessed in these past months.
Check out what Clearview Intelligence will be doing in 2025 to support these incredible charities:

Clearview Intelligence also recognise that it is important to support road safety charities, and have therefore partnered with RoadPeace. Clearview Intelligence are bronze members with the charity, who provide information and support services to people bereaved or seriously injured in road crashes. They also engage in evidence-based policy and campaign work to fight for justice for victims and reduce road danger.
Alongside this, Clearview have teamed up with IAMRoadSmart and have offered 5 members of the community a tailored paid-for Advanced Driver Training day.
