Clearview Intelligence are proud to announce that we are the first company to have achieved the highly acclaimed ‘Healthy Workplace Status‘ through the Milton Keynes City Council scheme.
The Healthy Workplace Standards recognise and celebrate workplaces across Milton Keynes which are committed to improving and maintaining a healthy and happy workplace and has been developed in association with The Office for Health Improvement and Disparities.
The scheme invites employers to take a flexible and honest appraisal of how their organisation is performing, starting at Bronze level and overtime progressing through to Gold. There are 8 standards in total including mental health, leadership and inclusive employment in which Clearview have now achieved Bronze status.
It has been a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase the brilliant work we are doing to look after and improve all of our staff’s health and wellbeing. Our SHQE team are looking forward to continuing to work with Milton Keynes City Council and achieving Silver and Gold status in the near future.
